Executive - Presales - Inside Sales Team - Recruitment Firm (1-3 yrs)
1. Generating new sales opportunity through inbound & outbound calls, lead follow-ups & emails campaigns, etc.
2. Work closely with the sales team & improve the conversion rates
3. Responsible for managing sales lead on CRM.
4. Provide Services presentations for prospective clients or existing customers.
5. Support presales activities like proposal, technical clarifications & RFP documentation.
6. Understand the commercial impact, Scope definition & recommend appropriate solution
7. Provide feedback to marketing & development to drive improvements
Requirements :
1. MBA preferred
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications
4. Ability to multitask and detail oriented
5. Ability to take initiatives
