Executive - Presales - BFS (0-2 yrs)
- Identifies customer's need and proposes the right option
- Provides customer with appropriate information about the project such as features, price, plot size, legalities, documentation, nearby infrastructural developments etc.
- Influences the customer to have a visit of the project site in order to experience the features of the project
- Schedules customer visits to the project site and informs the project sales accordingly
- Prepare and send their productivity report daily
