Executive - Presales (0-4 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cultivate initial engagement with prospects in order to generate qualified opportunities
- Make sure the vital company and contact data is verified and registered in the CRM
- Qualify the companies during the initial contact (size, in-house HR team, growth plans, projects etc.)
- Respond to all inbound inquiries, registrations, chats and other contact collection methods
- Pass qualified leads over to the sales team
- Devise and follow a process to ensure qualified leads are effectively tracked and monitored
- Enter prospects into automated marketing culturing campaigns
- Provide timely reporting on lead status of campaigns, including weekly lead qualification and opportunity reports
- Ability to think in processes, creating part of the sales-flow- Previous sales or marketing experience
QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Previous sales or marketing experience
- Experience in similar demand generation role (1 year minimum)
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attitude for learning
- Ability to pitch complex products and solutions is a plus
- Ability to work independently, as well as a team player
- Motivated, solution-minded, self-starter
- Ability to think in processes, creating part of the sales-flow
