Executive - Pre-Sales & Customer Support (6-8 yrs)
1. Responsible for activity management which includes scheduling sales calls or mailing prospects from the database generated
2. Creating database of prospective business partners/alliances
3. Generating and updating the status of prospective business partners
4. Responsible for pre-sale and post-sale support of Virtulive products
5. Support channel partners in tender management
6. Support partners in GeM bidding process and product updates
7. Participate in events and seminars
8. Responsible for target account mapping to sales team
9. Providing effective and timely customer support service to the end users
10. Generating enquires through cold calling or through Campaigns proposed by the team
11. Ensure effective tracking of responses and periodic report generation as advised
12. Ensure and manage all channels of communication with end users including any online IT support tool, Toll free number and email supports viz
13. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of department files and registers
