Job Description :
Customer Life Cycle Management :
- To handhold the customer through the post sales process till possession.
- Ensure document accuracy post sales handling & answering customer queries/complaints with minimum response time to all sub functions within the TAT.
- Publish various customer service MIS for management review/external funding partners.
- Prepare & submit MIS with regards to customer complaints, queries & requests resolved/ answered.
- Follow up with the customers for timely collections & recoveries.
- Responsible for collections for all payments due and overdue, maintaining low debtors.
- Follow set processes for generation of demands, reminders for the milestone raised.
- Handling & counselling of cancellations, interest payments etc.
- Timely escalation of cancellation cases ensuring customer retention.
- Facilitate in timely bank disbursal.
