Job purpose
The main purpose for this role is to manage the post sales activity and maintain customer relationship
Duties and responsibilities :
- Complete Post Sales activity of customer booking including booking in ERP, application process till registration
- Regular Payment follow-up via calls, email, customer visits as per SOP
- Replying to customer queries related to post sales
- Filing and documenting all post sales activity paperwork
Qualifications & Skills :
- Minimum Bachelors Degree
- Experience in post sales related activity
- Minimum 6 years of work experience
- Prior experience in using ERP systems
