The ideal candidate will have a support-oriented, pleasing personality who has excellent command over English and who knows how to deal with difficult situations and yet come out making the customer feel like a million dollars.
What you'll do most of the time ?
- Handle pre and post-sales interactions with customers through strong relationship-building and product knowledge
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs
- Increase customer satisfaction by addressing challenges they are facing with respect to our product
- Provide quickest possible and accurate resolution to all customer queries
What you will need to Qualify ?
- Bachelor's Degree in any Field
- Must have impeccable English language skills (Verbal and written)
- Prior experience in Customer Support and B2B sales will be an added plus
