Executive - Performance Marketing - Marketing Agency (3-5 yrs)

- Working closely with Brand Planners, Experience Designers, Social Media Marketers, Marketplace Experts, Marketing Analysts and Media Managers to ensure optimal performance of your clients' digital marketing.

- Being in-charge of multiple clients. Taking onus of maintaining high-levels of client satisfaction by ensuring that all your client projects are delivered within the given framework of quality, timelines, and budgets.

- Coordinating with the team to get regular details/updates and contributing in deciding the critical paths, fast-tracking, to ensure quality work is delivered in expected time and allocated budgets.

- Leading execution of high scale performance campaigns with multiple campaign objectives.

- Collaborating with Content, creative and data teams to provide the best user experience for new users.

- Diving deep into data and use insights to identify opportunities for performance optimization.

- Experimenting continuously on creative & design to drive ROI.

- Lead a small team of performance marketers.

What I need to be :

- Undergraduate / Graduate Degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar. And/Or 3-5 years of relevant experience in the digital performance marketing, and/or growth hacking space.

- Strong analytical skills, including web metrics, and sales metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive action.

- Skilled in web optimization, lead/sales generation, and creating sales funnels.

- Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms.

- Expertise in marketing, online strategies, performance marketing, and business growth.

- Familiarity with digital media and marketing technology platforms along with a natural ability to absorb technological, data-based and creative concepts in day-to-day outputs.
