Executive - Performance Marketing - eCommerce Growth Agency (4-6 yrs)
Our client is a leading ecommerce growth agency, helping some of the best known brands in India to scale up their online business. Their range of services include ecommerce growth, marketplace marketing, performance marketing, Social ads, analytics and cohort building.
Their enviable client list includes a wide variety of brands from large ones like BIsleri, Emami, EY to disruptive ones like HealthifyMe, Rashki and many more.
As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for translating business goals into campaign plan (media plans).
What you will do :
- Creating budget & sales projections and optimizing and pacing the campaigns to budget
- Being responsible for growth in new users and driving online transactions
- Creating, editing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns: Search, Display, Discovery, Shopping, Remarketing & Video campaigns
- Creating, editing and optimizing Facebook Ad campaigns Twitter ad campaigns, and making improvements across user funnels
- Creating, editing and optimizing Amazon & Flipkart, and optimizing for sales
- Organizing and structuring ad campaigns and accounts for maximum positive performance results
- Analyzing the account performance regularly and making optimizations to improve or tweak the performance
- Reporting on campaign performance
What you need to have:
- 4-5 years of experience in running performance marketing campaigns preferably for e-commerce organizations
- Hands-on experience in running acquisition and remarketing campaigns across Google network, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, .
- Experience in managing & running campaigns with Affiliates & Programmatic Network
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google tag Manager & various Attribution models
