Executive - Performance Marketing (3-7 yrs)

Role: -
- Managing all Performance/ROI-driven online marketing, includes, but is not limited to SEM, SEO, Affiliate programs, Mobile marketing, Social Media Acquisitions, Email marketing, SMS marketing.
- Lead generations to define and improve funnel conversion from all paid and free digital channels including PPC, Display, SEO, DSP, Affiliates and more. This will include new customer acquisition and retention.
- Key deliverables will include growth in traffic, conversions, downloads and revenues from the online medium for respective categories.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of CPL, AOV, CAP, and impression rates.
- Track, measure, and revise campaigns based on rigorous data analysis to further optimise ROI on spending
- Planning and executing digital campaigns: Search, Display, Social, Organic
- Daily reviews on the status of leads and take action accordingly depending upon various dispositions of the leads
- Functional understanding of Ad Tech platforms (Google Marketing Platform, Paid Social including Facebook/ Meta Ads Manager). Hands-on experience with AdTechnologies such as Google Marketing Platform, Paid Social including Facebook).
- Demand Side Platforms and other programmatic advertising channels
- Tool Integration: Work closely with the marketing operations team to integrate and optimize MarTech tools, ensuring data consistency and flow across platforms.
- Analyze CPL (Cost Per Lead) rates to optimize campaign efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Monitor AOV (Average Order Value) to identify trends and opportunities for maximizing revenue.
- Track CAP (Conversion Acquisition Percentage) rates to assess campaign effectiveness in driving conversions.
