Executive - Performance Marketing (2-5 yrs)
You'd be a perfect fit, if you:
- Love marketing and advertising.
- Love ideating and experimenting frugally and growing brands.
- Already have 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing.
- Have expertise in Google or Meta ads or both and want to grow further into the same.
- Are highly data-focussed in your research and decision making.
- Love collaborating with multiple people to ideate creative ways of marketing a brand.
- Understand CRO and the value of optimizing the website to improve ad performance.
- Have excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including creating and delivering effective presentations and marketing reports.
- Love setting big goals and taking them down strategically.
- Love taking responsibilities and managing multiple priorities.
- Have good expertise on GA4, Looker Studio, MS Excel.
Requirements
Your broad responsibilities would include:
- Managing client projects end to end including audience research, competitive research, creative research, campaign creation, ongoing optimization and reporting
- Managing client communication directly to build strong relationships with them and being able to explain the rationale for your decisions and getting their approvals on plans
- Doing cross-platform ads analytics and decision making from it to keep growing each brand
- Learning from other team members and sharing your knowledge with them to create a high performance eco-system
- Delivering growth and ROI to clients as per each brand's goals
- Understanding what makes and conceptualizing high converting campaigns and landing pages basis customer behavior analysis
- Guiding clients on other channels of marketing that can improve their growth
- Continuously learning and becoming a top 1% performance marketer (yes, legit this is a serious responsibility as a part of your job and we will help you get there).
