Job Description:

1. Market Research, Database collection and Lead Generation.

2. Explore multiple lead generation channels as per the discussed profile of target audience and optimize various channels to generate high quality leads.

3. Exploring multiple segments of target audience.

4. Cold Emailing, Fixing appointments and scheduling in person meeting with the prospective clients.

5. Managing business development activities to secure a strong revenue base by promoting business growth.

6. Identify research and evaluate new business opportunities, establish contacts with clients to understand their business needs, Understand DMU(Decision Making Unit), reach out to decision Maker and Setup Meeting.

7. Do relevant research to personalize the messaging and process.

8. Have the responsibility to independently start the dialogue with the Domestic clients(India) or International clients and create effective relationship and conclude successful business for the organization.

9. Pursue multiple prospecting techniques including cold calling, referrals, email campaigns etc. to connect with decision makers.

10. Interacting with clients to understand their requirements, budgets and other relevant information about their business and point of contact. This information will then be passed to sales development representative for whom meeting is setup.

11. Preparing the Daily/Weekly Reports and updating the report to the Higher Officials.

Good spoken and written English communication skills

Good grasp of internet, emailing and social media

Good in extra curricular like debating / essay writing

Education

Graduates/ Engineers in any discipline with 1st class

Experience

Prior experience in SAAS companies in sales development roles by adhering to a sales process
