Executive - Operation & Customer Service (1-3 yrs)
- The work will be operations and customer service focused with functions ranging from order fulfillment, shipping, vendor coordination and customer communication among st others.
- The nature of the start-up will provide exposure to various functions of running a small business. In fact, we encourage and appreciate the curiosity and enthusiasm to pitch in wherever you see fit.
- An obsession with providing excellent customer experience and the ability to proactively think from a customer's perspective is critical for this position.
- Maintain and track all sales online and offline
- Maintaining data and statistics related to sales, efficiency and outreach.
- Responsible for packaging and maintaining stock levels
- Website edits and up-keep
- Vendor development and coordination
- Coordinate with logistics partners for booking shipments, to ensure timely deliveries and follow-ups
- Assist in organizing and participating in events and exhibitions
Customer Service :
- Communicate with customers for queries, follow-ups, order updates and fulfillment
- Abandoned cart check and follow-up
- Responding to phone queries
- Collecting and analyzing customer service performance and taking suitable action regarding findings
- Improving the customer's overall experience with the brand by identifying opportunities for customer delight
