Role and Responsibilities :
- Interaction with potential customers through online chat, digital media, social media, voice call to support customer query and get closure on sales process
- Experience in selling high volume items
- Ability to grasp and possesses excellent communication skills
- Explain them about Online Products
- Follow them up on whatsapp and Enroll them into our products
- Keep the CRM updated with lead status
- Ability to create a need for the product for the customer
- Ability to manage onoine advertizement independently
- Strict adherence to schedules
- Someone who has the right passion towards sales and service
- Flexibility and adaptability and willingness to stretch for extended working hours
Skills requirement
- Female Graduate with 0-4 years of experience
- Excellent communication skill- English & Hindi is mandatory and any other language is an added advantage
- Knowledge on retail products like Apparels, Home & Decor, Healthcare, Kitchen Items, Dining & Living
- Knowledge on Daily Needs are additional qualification
- Knowledge of merchandizing products, booking orders, till shipment & return payment inventory is additional
- Must know sales promotion, discount, coupon, promotion
