As a part of the Brand Marketing team, you will be driving the company's ORM mandate to build a positive image for the brand by proactively engaging on relevant review forums and knowledge sharing platforms. Here's what you- ll do -
- Build a positive sentiment about the brand through course reviews, ratings on relevant platforms like Mouthshut, Google, Facebook
- Give the brand a voice and direct consumer connect by answering existing questions and seeding new ones on discussion boards like Quora, Facebook and LinkedIn groups
- Address negative reviews on various online platforms after consulting with relevant business teams internally
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Candidates with 1-3 years of exp, preferably with a keen interest in technology
- Meticulous and process oriented working style
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills - speaking and writing
