Executive/Officer - Sales - Industrial (0-5 yrs)
- Meeting the sales and collection targets set by the Management in Thrissur District.
- Dealer Management
- Building and maintaining good relationships with existing dealers
- Upgrading the targeted dealers into the next category (C to B, B to A)
- Implementation of pricing policy, warranty policy and other schemes from to time
- Training and motivating dealer sales staff.
Resolving product issues/disputes if any
- Dealer development
- Identifying and appointing new dealers to ensure volume growth.
- Project/ Institutional /Industrial sales
- Ensure strong relationships with Architects/Engineers for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain and develop industrial and institutional customers.
- Ensure sales tools are rightly placed and used.
- Ensure timely follow-up and right time closing of project sales.
