Job Vacancy for 4 Candidates about various location in Rajasthan :(Jaipur, Jhunjhunu Bundi, Pali + jalore & Ajmer)

- The Ideal candidate should have some prior experience in working with schools and selling books/textbooks to them. 

- Candidates will have to visit schools on a daily basis in order to pitch our product to them and convert schools to generate revenue for the company. 

- Regular follow up with school and the management to pursue them to buy our products. 

- Candidates will have to work with distributors to push the sales of company's books/workbooks. Candidate should be able to communicate in basic English

- Should be confident enough to handle channel sales & distributor sales activity.

- Market Expansion/ New Markets: Developing new markets and new areas of business growth looking for business opportunities with the channel partners for more extraction and addressability.

- Responsible for the business targets of the territory

- As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the sales performance - driving volumes and distribution targets for the new product category in the respective territory.

- Ensure Team discipline Sales Manager 

Desired Candidate Profile : 

- Full fledged In-charge of the Region and Customers who need to act as a single stop solution internally and externally who should have clear vision how to retain existing business and customer and develop new business in a time bound manner.

Should be having 2 wheeler driving license We would like to meet sales superstars who :

a) Candidate should have minimum 2-5 years of work experience (candidate should have experience in children books publications/ education industries and marketing fields ).

b) Presentable, self motivated, target oriented, fluent in English / Hindi, experience in selling books for school distributor, good relations with bookseller, owners of school,

c) The candidates must be willing to work hard with the existing school in the Sales and Marketing efforts of the company in their assigned regions.(Candidate must have 2 wheeler)
