4. Solving queries and taking care of complaints properly

5. Team coordination and giving proper guidance

6. Taking care the responsibility of payments & collection

7. Proper coordination between company and the Dealers/ Retail & distributors

8. Responsibility of Achieving the sales target

9. Handling the Brand image in the market

10. Achieve the sales target with the given TAT lines.

11. Competitor Activities: Dealer activities information, new products launched by competitors, quality and comparison of specific products

12. Dealers/ Retail visit & Taking orders.

13. Make calls to the Dealers/ Retail and proper follow up

14. Increase Dealers/ Retail network

15. Weekly order collection report, Monthly dealer sales report, Monthly stock report of distributor needs to be send timely.

16. Generate the business in all the category

17. Coordination with all the departments

18. Scheme & discount benefits to be passed in between all the dealers.
