Executive - Marketing & Sales - Packer & Mover (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the Exhibition, Mover, and Packer industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Marketing:
- Create and implement marketing strategies to promote our logistics services.
- Develop marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and excellent service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services to existing clients.
4. Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
