We are currently hiring for one of our reputed Real Estate clients based out of Pune.
Position: Executive Marketing
Location: Hinjewadi, Pune
Desired Experience : 0-2 years, MBA freshers and Marketing Interns can also apply
Profile : 360-degree Marketing role includes both online and offline
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise the planning and development of marketing and communications materials.
- Identify and evaluate co-branding opportunities
- Identify, evaluate, select and monitor promotions channels and media partners
- Develop primary research objectives to understand buying patterns, preferences.
- Initiate, track and monitor consumer oriented primary research initiatives
- Suggest innovative execution ideas, evaluate ongoing marketing trends and suggest adaptions
- Evaluate good vendors and agencies for various activities
- Monitor all product category specific marketing and advertisement activities
- Evaluate and propose media agencies/platforms
- Understand consumer profile through various analysis and align marketing activities, targeting and mediums accordingly
- Interact with sales team on regular basis, identify needs and gaps
- Suggest and implement solutions to support overall business requirement
- Closely monitor and control the communication floating in the market through all Medias, discuss with Brand manager and issue corrective measures from time to time to the team
- Suggest them to maintain standardized communication & ensure brand guidelines are being followed.
