Executive - Marketing - IT/Healthcare (3-9 yrs)
- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our organization as a Marketing Executive. As a representative of our company, you will play a vital role in driving our business forward by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients, multinational corporations (MNCs), professionals and clinics. Your primary focus will be on developing our brand, setting up new mental health clinics, assisting in workshops and seminars and conducting impactful mental health awareness programs. This position requires a strong combination of business acumen, sales expertise, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactively seek and develop novel business prospects by engaging with potential clients, multinational corporations, and clinics, comprehending their requirements to establish our organization as a strategic ally.
- Forge and uphold robust relationships with current clients, guaranteeing contentment, nurturing enduring collaborations, and offering proactive issue resolution and exceptional customer service.
- Engage in close collaboration with clients, multinational corporations, and clinics to pinpoint collaborative prospects, aiming to establish partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic alliances that harmonize with our organization's objectives.
- Devise and implement strategies to amplify our brand's industry presence and esteem, employing marketing initiatives to augment awareness, drive lead generation, and actively engage in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to demonstrate our organizational expertise and prowess.
- Monitor market trends, track competitor actions, and stay updated on industry advancements, conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to pinpoint nascent opportunities and adapt our business strategies correspondingly.
- Attain or surpass sales targets and revenue objectives by adeptly capitalizing on business development prospects, formulating and negotiating contracts and proposals that harmonize with client needs and our organization's capacities.
- Facilitate cross-functional cooperation with internal departments including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure the smooth implementation of client projects and initiatives, offering valuable insights and feedback to refine our product/service offerings in accordance with market demands.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Social Welfare, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a related industry (e.g., healthcare, technology, consulting).
- 3 Years of experience in Business Development/Marketing
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas and negotiate effectively.
