Replacement- Short term contract 4 months

Reporting to the F&B Director India you will contribute to the development of the F&B business in India by supporting the key 2nd semester launches (New fragrance and Christmas campaign).

Your main responsibilities are:

- Contribute to implement all the trade actions and all campaign in POS, Boutiques and Duty Free with specific attention for key P1 launches :

- Follow up the brief on key campaigns and retailers validation

- Coordinate with the supplier the production of the different set ups

- Coordinate with the F&B Director India to develop the marketing tools and PLV tools (production and installation of visuals, display- ) needed for the campaign, ensuring a smooth communication with the suppliers and common productions to save costs

- Follow up the retro planning to make sure that the needed elements will be delivered on time

- Support the F&B Director India to deliver a common sales speech to the Boutiques

- Visit regularly the Boutique to ensure the right implementation of each campaign and animation

- Coordinate the production of clienteling tools for customer event on POS

Reporting:

- Monitor the daily performances for key events

- Review the results of the marketing activities through quantitative and qualitative analysis, ensure report on campaigns performance

- Follow-up on the Trade Marketing activity done by our competitors

Point of sales follow-up:

- Ensure a perfect implementation of each campaign and animations by following up closely the implementation of animations (samples, brochure, replacement of display)

- You have a first successful experience in Operational Marketing, preferably in F&B. You are passionate about F&B and you are point of sales oriented. Your strong organizational and communication skills, your dynamism and flexibility will be a real asset to succeed in this position.

- English, Excel and Powerpoint are a must.
