Marketing Executive needed in a School in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop Comprehensive Marketing Strategies :
- Collaborate with school leadership to establish short-term and long-term marketing goals aligned with the school's mission
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and opportunities for growth.
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans encompassing digital marketing, traditional advertising, events, community engagement, and public relations.
Brand Management :
- Oversee the school's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels and materials.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards for internal and external use.
- Implement strategies to enhance the school's reputation and visibility within the community and beyond.
Digital Marketing and Social Media Management :
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Manage the school's social media accounts, creating engaging content, monitoring interactions, and responding to inquiries and feedback.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and leverage insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Enrollment and Admission Support :
- Collaborate with the admissions team to develop marketing materials and strategies to attract prospective students and families.
- Organize and participate in admission events, open houses, and school tours to showcase the school's offerings and facilities.
- Track and analyze enrollment data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
External Relations and Partnerships :
- Cultivate relationships with local businesses, community organizations, educational partners, and media outlets to promote collaboration and sponsorship opportunities.
- Represent the school at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Seek opportunities for media coverage and press releases to highlight the school's achievements, programs, and events.
Budget Management :
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and achieve objectives.
- Monitor expenses, track ROI, and prepare regular reports for school leadership on marketing performance and initiatives
