Job Description

Product: Brand Building for Championships & International English Language Assessments in Schools (K-12) & Higher Education Sector

Department: Sales & Marketing

Region: North & Central India

Base Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibility :

- Develop market awareness and carry out brand building activities for products offered by the company i.e. GETS suite of assessments & championships across India

- Promote championships in both school & higher-ed sector

- Meeting corporates for brand building and getting sponsorship for Championships & events.

- Meeting high stake clients (Schools & Colleges) across North India for brand building.

- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.

- Provide market feedback viz expectations

- Work on the Marketing plan with clearly defined activities linked to timelines and ensure success of events organized for marketing & promotion

- Ensure that the marketing collateral such as printing of promotional material, proposals (standard and customized) and presentations are delivered on time.

- Participate in various marketing events to increase brand visibility including but not limited to: participation in Sahodaya Schools Meet, Educational conferences & exhibitions.

- Ensure participation and strategic tie-ups with brands by way of sponsorships or barter as defined and agreed from time to time.

Key Result Areas :

- Meeting and exceeding the assigned targets of number of participants in events

- Meeting and exceeding the assigned target of registrations for Championship from Schools & Colleges

- Achieving the assigned targets for Sponsorships

- Conduct Student & Parent Orientation Programmes

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate / Post Graduate

- Experience: Freshers or maximum experience of 1 year

Must Have :

- Proficient in English language (Written & Oral Communication) - CEFR Level C1 / GETS Scale of English Level 7

- Open to travel outstation.

- Should be presentable and open to public speaking

- Having your own vehicle will be an advantage


- Fixed Comp - 3 Lacs per annum.

- Variable Pay - 1 Lac to 3 Lacs basis target achievement

- Local Travel Allowance, Mobile allowance and Leave Encashment additional & Medical Insurance

- Only Male required
