Executive - Marketing/CRM & Operations - Luxury Jewelry & Watch Business (2-5 yrs)
We are hiring the candidates for " Marketing Executive (CRM & Operations) " for Luxury Jewelry and watch Business Company.
Location : Breach Candy, Mumbai
Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role
Salary : 25000 - 30000 Per Month
Work Role :
1. Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
2. Design and manage CRM structure that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial information along the sales funnel.
3. Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organization and its customers.
4. Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.
5. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
6. Designing and implementation of Visual Merchandising.
7. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
8. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
9. Planning and execution of Rose events.
10. Conduct research to analyse customer's behaviour (e.g. purchasing habits, trends & preferences).
11. Identify and analyse competitors.
12. Customer Database Management.
13. Prepare Forecasts - Monthly, Quarterly & Annually.
14. Foster good teamwork.
15. MIS & Reporting.
