Executive - Marketing & Branding - Real Estate (0-6 yrs)
Marketing and branding executive to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company and our clients. You will be in charge promoting and branding businesses from all the perspectives levels attracting and generating new leads for the business and nurturing those leads to close into clients, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.
Responsibilities :
- Build and manage a relation that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties.
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads.
- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through meetings, email, content, and social channels.
- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our marketing activity turns into clients, and continually refine our process to convert clients.
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new networks to reach our target clients.
- Work alongside other marketers and content marketers to help distribute content that educates and aware the target audience of our clients.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
