Executive - Marketing - BFSI (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Take ownership of executing & amp; analysing all CRM channels for the brand
- Manage & amp; execute consumer lifecycle programs to drive retention, reactivation, engagement of consumers & amp; agents
- Manage end-to-end execution of monthly and quarterly promotional campaigns to maximise Customer LTV on App
- Work on segmentation & amp; cohort management to deliver optimum results for set retention targets
- Heavy focus on automating/scheduling tasks & amp; minimising work load on execution to help team with analysis & amp; insights on regular basis
- Work closely with Analytics and Digital Marketing teams for swift execution of customer behaviour strategies & amp; for users on app
- Work closely with Consumer Product and Customer Service teams to gauge consumer feedback & amp; include relevant caveats for executing marketing campaigns
Requirements :
- 2 years of experience in user management, consumer lifecycle or CRM roles in consumer-oriented businesses
- A hustler and a leader with great attention to detail
- A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution and resourcefulness
- Working knowledge of Excel, sheets, project planning tools etc
- Hands on experience with CRM/App marketing tools like clevertap, moengage, gamooga or internal company CRM etc would be preferred
- Passion for data, metrics and quantitative/qualitative analysis, and the ability to apply in everyday execution
- Ability to develop retention strategies and measurable implications with strong analytical skills
- Prior experience of working in online business is a must
