Job description
Visual Merchandising for existing and new stores - ATL, BTL activities, Execution of Outdoor signages, in-store visual merchandising, corrections in Service menu for new services, promotions, price changes and YLG collections
Creatives & Collateral - Co-ordinate with Creative agencies and printers for effective execution of collateral required for local marketing campaigns, Outdoor, Print, digital and radio campaigns.
Drive footfall into stores - Track Sales mix and footfall to support stores with activations to drive footfall wherever negative trend is seen. Requires coordination with CRM / Data analytics partners.
Customer Relations - Manage Customer issues in coordination with Operations and Training department to retain customers. Membership program support and coordination.
Budgeting & Expenses Management - tracking marketing budget spends on a regular basis and maintain trackers for all expenses. Ensure budgets are not exceeded and co-ordinate with vendors for smooth commercial operation - Billing and payments to vendors.
Desired Candidates:
1. Good Communication skill.
2. Graduation in marketing or similar.
3. Prior 3 to 5yrs experience in marketing.
4. Flexible to travel as per the requirement.
5. Candidate who can join 15 to 30 days max.
