About the Role :
We are looking for a strong, independent and innovative thinker in the User Growth function. You will be working on managing and executing initiatives related to user engagement and retention. The role requires significant strength in the following domains: problem-solving, quantitative analysis and cross-functional execution. Projects to drive key metrics for User Growth Own and deliver projects related to driving the efficiencies in the entire user lifecycle
This would involve:
- Work closely, design and execute campaigns around Projects related to off app communications including channels, consumer segments, communication triggers and actions
- Identify & execute new use cases for on-app communications & incentive campaigns
- Executing and delivering engagement constructs - gamification, loyalty programs etc
- Conceptualization & Organization of mega sales events
