Responsibilities:

Job Summary :

- The person will be responsible for building relationships with Clients.

- The overall focus areas will be in prospecting, developing business, developing proposals for presentation to customers, and selling Investments.

- Success in meeting potential customer needs and attainment of your sales goals, you will utilize your excellent relationship building, negotiating, and technical skills in this role to be successful.

Essential Functions:

- The essential responsibilities are to work directly with potential customers to capture sales opportunities.

- Define and lead approaches to selling to target prospects.

- Identify sales opportunities.

- Utilizing a consultative approach, discuss business issues with prospect and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal or a formal sales presentation addressing their business needs.

- Develop an account management plan to sell to prospect Customer.

- Recommend marketing strategies.

Job Requirements:

- Strong verbal and written communications skills including, presentation skills.

- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.

- Must Have Good Network with Customer's.

Job Description:

- Provide customized solutions for the Client`s requirements.

- Sourcing new properties for corporate, negotiating on behalf of clients and completing the sale transactions.

- Mentoring the client for property investments.

- Keep track and update the government policies, market developments.

- Market Mapping to understand market potential and help identify trade areas.

- Consulting services to support clients in property acquisition, investments, property managements and site selection of commercial real estate.

- Overseeing customer service operations & coordinating with Service teams to resolve queries of individual and corporate clients.

Required Skills:

- Devising and executing strategies and plans for achievement of pre-set targets.

- Leader with effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

- Monitoring the network to achieve sales targets.

- Represent company at various real estate advisory and industry functions.

- Made presentations to key clients to create awareness about an offer and generate avenues for business.
