Executive/Manager - Sales & Marketing - Manufacturing (1-5 yrs)

Responsibilities on the role :

- Approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business, as well as developing and maintaining good relationships with clients.

- Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets. Submission of planning and implementation reports

- Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets in line with business targets.

- Drive repeat sales to the Company's existing customers.

- Present our product or service in a structured professional way face to face.

- Gathering information about potential market and customers.

- Cold calling and arranging meetings with potential customers to develop new business.

- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.

- Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.

- Negotiating the terms and agreement and closing sales.

- Representing the Company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstration.

- Ensuring timely realization of payments collections and other commercial dues

Experience and Qualification :

- The Job involves technical marketing (Training will be provided).

- Relevant sales experience.

- Graduate from any field/ BE or Diploma (Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Production).

- Flair in understanding new technology, related products and solutions.

- High degree of customer service orientation.

- Enthusiasm for our products and pleasure in dealing with customers.

- A flexible approach and ability to adapt, ready to travel.

- Should possess the skill to work both in a team and also perform independently.

- Should be well groomed with good communication in English and local languages.

- Meeting sales goals, selling to customer needs, motivation for sales, sales planning, building relationships, managing processes, market knowledge, developing budget.

- Good analytical skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills, vendor management, networking.

- Positive attitude, go getter.

Compensation :

- Fixed and Variable pay.

- Marketing Executive (Full Time) 15-20 thousand fixed.

- 7-10 thousand (Part Time).

- Over 4 years experience - Salary negotiated in line with market
