Graduation Only | 3 yrs sales Exp | 25 - 35 yrs age only
Salary 2.88 to 11.75LPA
PF & ESIC,Mobile & Travel Reimbursements based on actual.

Shift Timings :
9:30 am - 6:30 pm (day shift)
Weekly Working Days: -6 Days
Off Days: SUN
Note:2nd and 3rd Saturdays are off
Selection Criteria :
- More than 3 Years Experience from any sales background.
- Good English & Hindi communication skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
- Must have Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Salary slips, Marksheets and Degree, Joining and Relieving Letters,
- Candidate should have good presentation skills
- Should come in proper formals with an updated CV
Job Description :
- Handle a team of Executives / Sr. Executives
- Recruit agents / develop agents and ensure sales generation through those agents
- Ensure retention of Agent and Advisors by formulating their development plans.
- Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
