Job summary :
we are looking for field sales manager for agency channel who is doing good sells and also leads team.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
- Creating and implanting employees training and development programs to enhance employees' skills, knowledge and performance.
- Completing the target given by the company.
- Motivating team members.
- Developing and maintain relationship with external recruitment agency.
- Maintain customer records, carry sales visits and acquire new customers
- Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment.
Recruitment :
- Education: graduation in any field.
- 2 years' experience in any field sales.
- Age limit: 23-39 years
- Effective communication skills.
