Executive/Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)

- To create a strong advisor base, find and hire the best advisers.
- The Sales Manager team is in charge of assembling the team (Life Insurance Advisors) from their personal and professional networks. Use the Need-Based Selling Model when cross-selling insurance, and abide by it.
- Concentrate on managing the sales team, expanding geographically, and controlling the spread.
- Working on the ground to attract the most customers
- Employ, educate, inspire, and counsel a group of sales agents
