Job Responsibilities :
- Recruiting agents and providing regular training for selling insurance policies
- Monitor the day-to-day activity, planning & execution of the Agency team.
- Help your team the Growth of Business
- Managing customer relationships, ensuring sales growth
- Identify; Recruit Potential Insurance Advisors
- Find Leads Through your Networks.
Prefer Candidates :
- The candidate must be a graduate
- Must have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of Sales Experience (mandatory)
CTC : 2.75 to 3.75 LPA
- Effective Communications skill
- Leadership and team management skills.
