Executive/Manager - Sales - General Insurance (2-8 yrs)
Key characteristics of the profile :
a. Responsible for sales budget of the business sourced from Agent/partner channels through the given location.
b. Manage the partner relation at a given location level and coordinate internally with various functions to ensure efficient delivery of day to day service requirements
- Manage the existing business and develop new channel partners and nurture the existing ones (Recruiting new agents and train/help them for Gen Insurance Product)
Job Profile :
a. Managing the intermediately/ channel partners/ Insurace Agent for various corporate products
b. Coordinating with Customer Service team for a quote, claims and UW related issues
c. Customer relationship management. Pre-sales / sales / post sales. Conducting training programmes both for internal & external customers.
Products to be handled :
Motor/Non-Motor/Health/SME - Fire Insurance, Marine Insurance, Burglary Insurance, Property Insurance, Miscellaneous Insurance.
Location:- Mumbai
Experience:- Minimum 2 yr Experience in General Insurance
Salary:- Monthly 25000+incentive
