- We become an important requirement for the Business Development Manager. As a part of a team, you will be effective in taking in new clients and quickly improving the quantity of new business for the company.


Responsibilities :

- Train business associates and advisors

- Training and development of agents.

- Strategic planning to target the right set of agents

- Identify business opportunity and a close call

- Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.

- Make the customer understand the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets the customer's requirements

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 2+ years of Field Sales Experience

- Local Candidate

Age : 22 to 37 Years

CTC : Up to 3.15 LPA + Incentive+ Other benefit

- Graduated in any field
