Executive/Manager - Sales - BFS (1-4 yrs)
- We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive Manager to help us build up our business activity
Responsibilities :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
- Recruitment of potential financial advisors and Leaders.
- Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
Desired Candidate Profile :
Qualification : Graduate/MBA
Experience : 1 to 4 years of Field Sales Exp.
Age : Minimum 21 Years - Maximum 38 Years
Two Wheeler Required
