- We are looking for a person who will enhance the brand outlook when it comes to social media and should be able to work in collaboration with design team and Business head.

Job Description :
Job Title : Jr. Brand Manager
Reporting To : Business Head.
Salary Fixed : Rs 25, 000-Rs 30,000 + performance bonus + Incentives
Hours : 9 hours, six days per week
Location : Mumbai - Bhandup
Requirements:
- BMS | BMM
- Proficiency in English.
- Basic understanding of brand development and marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a creative mindset.
- Prior experience in an ad agency with expertise in account handling and client management.
Responsibilities & Duties :
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights within the food gifting sector.
- Shape and articulate the brand's vision and mission to align seamlessly with our clients' expectations.
- Manage Google Ad campaigns tailored to specific seasons and additionally oversee Facebook and Instagram ads.
- Research current trends in social media and create content that resonates with the brand.
- Focus on enhancing brand positioning and awareness within the premium chocolate gifting Industry.
- Oversee operations, ensuring seamless coordination among departments to optimize resources and maximize output.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements, ensuring a well-coordinated backend process and providing top-notch customer service.
