Executive/Manager - Inside Sales/Business Development - IT (3-8 yrs)

We have an urgent requirement for Inside Sales/Business development Profile.

About our Product - Connect Xf Email Server Mithi has an enterprise grade server software product (Connect Xf) based on the open source stack and Linux. This is a collaboration solution offering applications like Email, Chat, Calendar, Address Book, Webmail client, Application Manager Interface, etc.

The building blocks are OSS components and used as they are. If any changes are made to the OSS components, this is fed back to the communities. Besides the OSS platform, Mithi has created IP like scanners, installers, applications, connectors, documetation, service delivery framework etc to create and complete the product.

The product is based on a platform which Mithi has created to host OSS components and has built management interfaces to manage these components. The collaboration application is available on various devices and clients viz. Desktop clients, Mobile devices and Webmail interfaces.

Job Description :

- Work closely to initiate one-on-one conversations and demonstrations with prospects, while positively representing Mithi Products and Apps.

Sales Generation:

- Responsible for individually generating qualified Leads globally.

- Proactively sells products and services through "cold calling"in support of company promotion and upgrade campaigns.

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

- Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle including: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, leading demonstrations to close the business from lead to close.

- Working with Pre Sales team to drive lead generation.

- Interfaces with highly diverse set of functions and buyers at all levels within customer organization - including highest levels of Executive.

Sales Support Functions:

- Set up conference calls/ Web Demonstrations/ Onsite meetings with the prospects for the front-end Sales.

- Co-ordination and interaction with the respective sales executive to follow up on qualified leads up to deal closures.

Novel Marketing Initiatives:

- Drive demand through focused e-mail and phone campaigns, webcasts, social media venues and other online and off line demand generation activities.

- Hands-on in designing campaign mailers and in building Databases for campaigns.

- Leads new market penetration campaigns.

- Understand customer needs and requirements through news reads etc

Demonstrate thought leadership with customers and stay apprised of the industry trends by contributing to social media sites i.e. twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

- Improving website content and user experience to increase engagement on all forms of social media.

- Conducting market research to assess demand, brand positioning, ad awareness and other market reach indicators.

- Work Experience : 3 to 7 years of experience in selling Enterprise level IT products or packaged solutions like Collaboration suites, Storage products etc on global engagements.

- Exposure to handling initiatives in Market Intelligence, Partner Programs, Brand building, Market Research, -

- Participation in high level industry events, seminars etc.

- Good knowledge of the IT Industry and technology challenges in the global technology space.

- Excellent experience in Meeting Sales Goals, Client Base, Prospecting Skills, Technical Understanding, Building -

Relationships, People Skills, Customer Focus, Professionalism and Motivation for Sales.

- Understands the client procurement processes and knows key decision criteria for winning new and / or maintaining existing business.

- Strong ability to clearly articulate company value propositions and solution discussions with customer.

- Demonstrated ability to take on more complex accounts and direct and global engagements.

- You are the best candidate if You hold a Bachelors Degree or equivalent from a recognised University.

- You have Sales experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.

- You have an extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.

- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

- While acquiring an amazing experience You will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market.

- You will be spearheading plans and strategies to expand the customer base globally.

- You will be developing business plans which would support the sales strategies for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

- You will be preparing action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

- You would actively work to close sales by engaging with various groups within the company to find effective solutions.

Salary : INR 2,75,000 - 5,50,000 P.A.
