- We are looking for a Guest Relations Manager to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities :
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Generating leads.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations prospective clients.
- Understanding and promoting company's new projects and products
- Maintaining client records and sharing with the Reporting Head on daily basis
- Answering client questions about the project and update scheme.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Pleasing personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
