Digital Marketing Executive 


Roles & Responsibilities :

- Digital Marketing Manager 8 -10 Years of digital marketing and/or general management work experience into E-commerce industry.

- Coordinate and oversee all marketing campaign on e-commerce platform including web, SEO/SEM, email, Social Media and display advertisement ROI

- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels

- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

- Evaluate emerging technologies. 


- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- Identify and develop online marketing opportunities

- Track result and KPI for online marketing campaign

- Plan social media post and online marketing calendar

- Pulling and consolidation of reports on online store performance

- Sharing with the team on key trends and insights that can be used to optimise online store performance

- Keep track and analyse ongoing campaigns (onsite and marketing) to ensure optimisation; Consolidate and share learnings with the team

- Using data to propose new campaigns and targeting opportunities

- Good understand and experience in laravel and other online platforms

- To execute promotions and grow sales liaising with various platforms/operational teams

- Achieve sales target, implement improvement plans for the online stores

- Plan and set up promotional offers online to increase sales

- Regularly track/review analytics and metrics to report on sales performance

- Work closely with the Retail Team on inventory management

- Able to identify new e-commerce trends and industry updates

- Bring innovation forward on new products and processes

- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

- Manage customer feedback, enquiries and response to complaints professionally

Skills :

- Strong leadership, critical/strategic thinking, and practical planning skills

- Proven financial management/budget responsibility

- Fluent in English (verbal and written)

- Strong analytical acumen and a data-driven approach to marketing

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Proven track record in the competencies of drive for results, collaborate for growth, courageous leadership, consumer and customer focus, develop our talent and organization.

Education and Preferred Age :

Qualification : Must be PG Certificate in Digital Marketing with relevant experience in domain

- Age between 32 to 35 years
