JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Build relationships with key employees among customers
- Create plans to address clients- business needs
- Advise clients on creating profitable processes
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Overall responsibility of driving business in mapped bank branches.
- Cross-sell Life Insurance products to existing/new customers of the Bank.
- Regular visits to bank branches across the assigned branches.
-Escalation and grievances handling of Customers and Bank employees.
- Introduction of new products and processes for the distribution of BAGIC products in Banks.
- Train Banks Sales Team for pushing BAGIC products.
- Maintaining a good relationship with Banks Heads and teams for pushing BAGIC for L.I business.
