A channel sales manager's job is to advertise a business, product, or service to their valuable customers. They are certain that the company is conveying the right services and messaging to attract prospective consumers and maintain existing ones.

Job Roles and Duties:

- Recruiting and building a team of highly motivated distributors or advisors from assigned areas

- Schedule Training and presentations for your team to convenience them to work with organizations as a freelancers

- Help them to generate leads of potential customers from open markets and assist them to close the leads

- Drive a business together with your team to generate a maximum volume of business

- Provide sales and services to your valuable customers as per their financial needs

- Securing a business through your team and existing customers by providing other opportunities

- Review performance of your team and guide or help them accordingly

Applicant's requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream

- 2 + Years of experience in sales and marketing of any field

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiations skills

- Strong leadership ability

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
