Roles and Responsibilities :
- 3+ years successful direct sales experience in Staffing services/Recruitment (US Market).
- Will be responsible for Client Acquisition and Lead Generation.
- Well-versed with US Recruitment life cycle and Staffing.
- We are looking for individuals with a proven work ethic who are self-starters, competitive and team-oriented, of high moral character, and are driven towards achieving their personal and professional goals.
- Excellent communication, Email, Negotiation skills are required for this position.
- Extensive experience in bringing new clients, business for the company by selling Staffing Solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Able to deal with C-level managers.
Should be able to handle the entire Business Development (IT) / Account Management functions
