Executive/Manager - Business Development - Staffing & Recruitment Services (3-10 yrs)
Looking for a Manager - Business Development for our Staffing & Recruitment services business based at Noida.
Work mode: Flexible.
Job responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Plan strategic brand building events to expand the service portfolio.
Experiences: 4-9 years of experiences in Business development. Candidates from Staffing/Recruitment industries preferred. Having experience in onboarding C2H client is a plus.
