Recruitment - Business Development Executive / Manager 1 to 5 Years, Thane


We have an opening for the position of Business Development Executive / Manager for our recruitment firm in Thane.


Job Description :


- Will be responsible for Client Acquisition and Lead Generation.


- Responsible for client engagement and key account management.


- Responsible for getting new business with existing relationships as well as penetrating the accounts and adding new business.


- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new clients.


- Preparation and execution of the business plan and developing strategies to up-sell and cross-sell in the clientele.


- Accountable for prioritizing accounts with multiple requirements.


- Accountable for client identification, client development, & interaction for promoting business and providing manpower services to all categories in junior/middle/senior levels.


- Meeting clients and understanding their business and objectives. Responsible for timely updation of analytics and communication to reporting managers and management.


Desired Skills :


- Proficiency in client identification, client development, & managing existing relationships.


- Excellent communication skills with pleasing personality


- Excellent communication skills: Both verbal and written. Good listening skills.


- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. Good presentation skills must be able to make & deliver presentations.


- Must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk-taking capabilities.


- Working Days: 6 Days a week.


Job Nature: Full Time.


Gender: No Preference.


Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.


Salary: Upto 5 Lakhs
