We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to lead our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

2. Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Executives to drive performance and achieve objectives.

3. Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to capitalize on them.

4. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

5. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.

7. Prepare and present business proposals, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.

8. Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes and efficiency.

10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

11. Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target organizations.

12. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

13. Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.

14. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

15. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions to meet client needs.

17. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.

18. Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.

19. Track and report sales performance metrics regularly.

20. Stay updated with industry developments and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

21. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our services.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

2. Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership roles.

3. Strong leadership and team management skills.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

5. Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.

6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

8. Experience in the relevant industry is preferred.

9. Willingness to travel as needed.
