1 -Create campaigns to recruit new agents and prepare them for Life Insurance & Health Insurance Business .

2 - Developed and implemented successful sales strategies that led to the team exceeding sales goals on a monthly basis.

3 - Monitored individual performance result of Self & Agents/ Associate and engaged in timely coaching sessions when necessary.

4 - Successfully led the agent sales team maintaining the productivity of the team.

Interfaced with Branch Manager & Senior Management to better understand critical objectives and made recommendations when appropriate.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Good communication (verbal and written) skills

2. Ability to speak in local language and English

3. Strong product knowledge and understanding of Life & Health Insurance market

4. Minimum of 3 years experience in Agency Channel

5. Understanding of local market and captive client base

6. Understand basic computer skills of using email, Microsoft office

7. Graduate from recognized university or college

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years experience of sales, preferably Life & health Insurance.
