Position: Business Development Executive/Manager

- Address: Gurgaon, Divoc Labs, A 296 /1 Okhla Industrial Area, Okhla Phase 1,New Delhi 10025

- Working days: 6

- Time: 10 am to 6 pm

- Budget: 22 k p/m + DA

- Interview: 1st round - Telephonic, Final round- F2F interview at company office

- Job location: Noida, Ghaziabad & South Delhi (You will work as territory manager for assigned area)

Mandatory: 


- Candidate has experience in selling healthcare/diagnostic services or product + Lead Generation to Lead conversion

Job roles and responsibilities :

Your role is to assist the organization's sales and growth efforts by contributing to new customer acquisition. You should be able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated about marketplace and competitor activity. As a Sales person you need to sales the company services (Diagnostic Services), it's an individual role and B2B Sales

The primary role and responsibilities include:

- Identify business Opportunity by tracing right trade partners & finalising them as clients for the company .

- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information & guidance, recommending opportunities and helping them to generate optimum profit .

- Identify product improvements as per industry trends, market activities & as per competition .

- Replicate best practices from the industry .

- Achieve targets as per defined norms by company from time to time through Sales & Market activities .

- Supporting clients in reporting sharing arranging for collection & service delivery of report

- Co-ordination with Lab operations staff for technical issue resolution for the clients .

Competencies and Skills Required :

- Relevant sales exp. in Healthcare Secretive

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Must have good negotiation skills Must be able to create good presentations

- Good knowledge of Hospitals, Laboratories, Physicians

- Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and closing skills.
